GD-40 adjustable leak rate calibrator is mounted a liquid coolant pot. Controlled by valve, liquid coolant is released and enters balance pot in the form of gas, and leak volume depends on the pressure inside the balance pot. Leak rate can be read accurately from the surface and controlled by two valves of the instrument. From 0 to maximum value, there are many leak rates which can be adjusted at will.

     GD-40 adjustable leak rate calibrator is applicable for GD 101, GD2000 leak detectors of halogen produced by our institute. It can calibrate any other type of leak detectors.

     Optional gas type (R 22 , R 12 , R 134a , R 407c , SF 6 , R 600a and etc., also can customize adjustable leak rate calibrator according to the gas type that user needs.
